What we collect
Nothing about your health data. The A1C value, glucose readings, and results you enter never leave your device. The calculation happens in JavaScript inside your browser, which is the entire reason the tool works without an account.
A plain web server log records the pages requested, the referring site, and an anonymized IP address, the standard technical record any host keeps to operate the site and defend against abuse. This log contains no health information and is not used for advertising.
Local storage
If you use the average-glucose feature, your recent readings may be kept in your browser's local storage so they are still there if you close the tab. This data lives only on your device, is controlled entirely by you, and can be cleared with the clear button or your browser's settings. Nothing in local storage is transmitted anywhere.
No trackers, no advertising identifiers
This site runs no advertising, no third-party ad scripts, and no analytics that fingerprint your device. There are no cookies for advertising purposes. Because there is no account system, there is also no profile of you to build, share, or breach.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the changes are noted on the updates page. Substantive changes will not be buried; the summary at the top of this page will always state the current position in one sentence.
